    Could you please point me to the page that outlines the relevant facts so I can "spread the facts"
    It's a little difficult to comply when the facts aren't published anywhere.

    I find the e-mail relating to climate change totaly disappointing with the spread the facts button at the bottom.
    Who's facts are you spreading?
    There are always three sides to every discussion and we seem to have our blinkers on on this topic.

    Hi
    I read a few messages here one about the tobacco tax being excessive
    and of course my problem with bicycle helmet laws well fortunatly now i have found a solution for this the LDP Liberal Democracy Party.
    Wish i had know of them before the election. their web pages on these topics are here.

    i wish labour would steal some of the LDP's common sense ideas, labour seem to be more interested in creating a police nanny state where using common sense is a crime.

    Anyways hope things will improve - i have another expensive medical appointment and more sick leave to go thru to try to get my helmet exemption sorted so i can ride a bicycle again.

    Hi
    I am currently unable to ride a bicycle while wearing a helmet due to an eye condition which is worsened by heat stress. I am burdened with spending money and time consulting with doctors and specialists to get this problem recognized while medicare covers some costs of this it does not cover my time and effort at all.

    My time and effort should not have to be spent fighting a law which results in unwarranted state instituted harassment, discrimination and completely out of proportion penalties even criminal conviction against someone who is doing nothing more than riding a bicycle. !

    Even once i obtain the exemption I will still have to suffer the harassment of being pulled over periodically by the police to get it checked, and expense and time to obtain and get it renewed and being reassessed if it expires.

    I voted labour absolute last and filled every box to ensure they could never get any preference.
    Not only did labour institute this unfair law but they still continue to believe that someone like me who simply wants to ride a bicycle should be harassed and treated like a criminal.
